No. Sponsors do not participate in allocator-manager meeting sessions. Sponsors participate in networking activities throughout the day, including breakfast, lunch, cocktail reception and networking breaks.
We are very personalized in creating custom sponsorship packages for each group. We limit the number of sponsors to create an intimate environment and so that we can dedicate ourselves to ensuring the sponsorship exceeds expectations.
